Very frustrating morning. I finally found some bass. After I lost my bass, Sal hooked up and landed his bass. It looked like the bass were about to start feeding. I had several bass follow my lures back to the boat but once again they wouldn't commit. Despite the fish-finder showing bass, Sal's bass was all that we had to show for our efforts. After we gave up we went to find some bluefish. It didn't take long. They were circling our boat like hungry sharks. Just about every cast produced a fish. I'm due for a very big bass/weakfish morning. I feel it coming.
