Tony, Roger, Steve, Chris and I did a day trip to the Dip on Tony's boat. Tough day. Arrived to the Dip with high hopes left with disappointment. The place seemed lifeless. We heard of only one boat to the south that picked up a few bigeye's. We ended up picking up a nice(16lb) size mahi on a bucktail after we saw it miss a spreader bar as we drove by a pot.

 

On the way home we picked up a small BFT that hit a green spreader  bar as were getting the spread out. That was it for the day. Hope to get back out soon. My boat is all ready to roll.
